A. For Users 

• Platform Fees: There is no fee for Users to access or utilize The Lunar Hub platform. Users only pay the individual Reader's specified service fee for the reading procured.

• Refund Policy: The Lunar Hub is a hosting platform and is not responsible for refunds or disputes. Users must contact their specific Reader regarding their individual refund policies.

B. For Readers 

• Hosting Subscription: Readers agree to pay The Lunar Hub a recurring monthly subscription fee to host their services and access platform features. This fee is required for active listing on the site.

• No Commission: The Lunar Hub does not take a commission or percentage of the earnings from your individual readings. Readers retain 100% of the service fees paid by Users.

• Independent Contractor Status: You are an independent contractor, not an employee of The Lunar Hub. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and professional conduct.

• Subscription Cancellation: Readers may cancel their monthly hosting subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

• No Refunds: The Lunar Hub hosting subscription is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have access to the platform and your listing will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused portions of the month.

• How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription online: Log in to your member dashboard and select "Cancel Subscription" under your account settings. Email: Alternatively, you may send a written notice to psychics@thelunarhub.co

• Please include your full name and the email associated with your account.

• Removal of Content: Upon the effective date of cancellation (at the end of your billing cycle), your profile and all associated listings will be removed from The Lunar Hub. It is the Reader's responsibility to save any client data or reviews prior to the account deactivation.

• Immediate Termination (Breach of Contract): The Lunar Hub reserves the right to terminate a Reader’s subscription immediately and without notice if the Reader engages in fraudulent activity, harassment, or a significant breach of the platform's Code of Conduct. In such cases, no refunds for the remaining subscription period will be provided.
