Accuracy and Representation: Readers must accurately represent their qualifications, experience, and the services they provide. Deceptive or fraudulent claims are strictly prohibited.
Transparency: All pricing must be transparent and agreed upon before a session begins. There are no "hidden fees" or unsolicited "add-on" services.
Scope of Practice: Readers must not provide medical, legal, or financial advice unless they hold a valid professional license in that specific field. Readings are intended for spiritual insight and entertainment only.

Empowerment Over Dependency: The goal of every session is to empower the client. Readers should avoid fostering an unhealthy dependency or using fear-based tactics to encourage repeat bookings.
Do No Harm: Readers must act with the intention of providing genuine help and avoid messages that could cause severe emotional or mental distress (e.g., predicting death or serious illness).
Informed Consent: Clients must understand the nature of the reading and have the right to stop a session at any time.

The Sacred Space: All information shared during a reading is strictly confidential. Information may only be disclosed if required by law or to prevent imminent harm to the client or others.
Data Protection: Personal contact information must never be used for unauthorized marketing or shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment: The Lunar Hub has a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of any kind from either Readers or Clients.
Non-Discrimination: Services must be provided without prejudice regarding race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
Ethical Marketing: Readers must not slander or misrepresent colleagues or competitors.

Punctuality: Readers are expected to be available at their scheduled session times.
Substance-Free Sessions: Both Readers and Clients must refrain from the use of alcohol or drugs immediately before or during a reading.
Professional Boundaries: Readers must maintain strictly professional boundaries and are prohibited from engaging in romantic or sexual behavior with clients.
